Explain about Tiles?

Tiles allow template mechanism to be present in your components. You can compose a presentation layer from different components such as footer, header and content components. This form of composition helps in validating web forms much easier.:While developing struts based project , if multiple presentation pages exists and if all presentation pages ate following same kind of display structure then we need to apply tiles programming to the struts applications
